STEP 1 :
Enter User Name & Password > Login.
STEP 2 :
Business Intelligence > coreapplication > Lock and Edit Configuration > Deployment > Mail.
STEP 3 :
Enter required details under Mail :
SMTP server, Port, Display name of sender, Email address of sender, Username, Password and Confirm password > Apply > Activate Changes.
STEP 4 :
Changes Activated message will appear > Close.
STEP 5 :
Restart to apply recent changes.
STEP 6 :
STEP 7 :
Click Yes on the Restart confirmation pop-up window.
STEP 8 :
Restart All confirmation message should appear > Close.
STEP 9 :
Log on to Analytics > Enter User ID and Password > Sign In.
STEP 10 :
Click on More of the report to be sent > Schedule.
STEP 11 :
General : Run As > Specified user (enter user name).
STEP 12 :
Delivery Content : Subject (enter subject name)
Content > Browse.. > Choose the desired report > OK.
The selected report link should appear as shown in the below screen shot.
STEP 13 :
Recipients > Click on Add Email Icon.
STEP 14 :
Enter the desired email address’s to whom report has to be sent > OK.
STEP 15 :
Added email address’s should appear as shown in the below screen shot > SAVE.
STEP 15 :
Enter a name for the agent > OK.
STEP 16 :
User Destinations > Specific Devices (will override a user’s Active Delivery Profile ) > SAVE.
STEP 17 :
To Run the Agent there are 2 methods :
Method 1 : Click on the Run Agent Icon.
Method 2 : Catalog > Click Run on the saved Agent.
STEP 18 :
Agent Successful message box should appear > OK.
The reports should appear in the recipients mail boxes.
